May 28, 2019 at 6:53 amGreat location by the train station stocking some essentials and then some. Staff are friendly, and the stock is quite well organized. I went in looking for a Monster Espresso which I’ve never seen before, and I had no trouble finding it. With the self-service tills, you can be in and out in seconds. Would recommend for a quick shop, but do keep in mind it’s still quite expensive.

July 15, 2022 at 11:42 amDon’t get your parcel delivered at this store cause the staff will lose it. I went to pick up a parcel which was delivered on a Friday late afternoon and went to pick it up on the following Monday after the weekend & the staff at the store tells me they don’t have it and shrug it off when it clearly said on the postal company app that it was ready for collection and delivered at the store. The evening staff over the weekend there are clearly thieves. I was warned about this store before that they either ‘lose’ parcels or don’t send it off and unfortunately I have experienced this myself.

We have been using vouchers since more then 3 years now by just showing copy of it on paper or image on mobile, and now suddenly the new guy is asking for email and all details!! What a waste of time, you only need bar code to scan and it’s done..learn some customers service first then do your job

Being a billion dollar company, you would think that they’d spend some money on training staff in customer service!
