Usual selection of quality keg and Cask ale at very reasonable prices Excellent pint of Black Sheep in great condition Perfect!
We ate there and the food presentation and service was very good Spicy chicken strips rice and sides
Close to the Grand Theatre which is why we visited

I have been sat here for over 15 mins waiting for 2 j20 when the whole bar is empty. It is really disappointing that service at a SPOOONS has to be so slow on Wednesday at 9:41 pm. Nobody is here and service is terrible

I use this place when cycling through Leeds as I can lock my cycle to the railings outside whilst being able to see it from inside. Like every Spoons I use, the staff are always polite & helpful, after a good meal and a beer I found I’d lost my bike lock key.
A pain as I had to get away quick as I was looking after an elderly relative. The staff helped to look but the key was nowhere to be found inside, one of them went and got the shift manager Alan, he advised me not to leave it and proceeded to obtain a selection of tools for me and then came outside to see if he could help.
It doesn’t sound much but I just know that sort of help wouldn’t come in most establishments for a variety of reasons, it also didn’t escape my attention that he had a busy business to run as well as helping me.
We got the bike unlocked and I am ever so grateful for Alan’s help, top man!
