ROOT MILLERS SUPERSTORE

We are regular visitors from overseas and have visited this shop several times. The positives, plenty of variety, especially fresh vegetables. But apart from that, the shop layout could be a bit better although not a put off.
Our biggest gripe is how rude the staff are. When asking about finding an item, the response has not been a friendly one with a pointed finger but no warmth or a smile. This we have experienced several times. I would have thought customer focus is paramount in a service industry. Sadly, the staff on the floor lack this. A good training program would be highly beneficial. Hopefully, this review is taken as a constructive one and not a negative.

I would give 0 stars if it would let me. Such terrible customer service through the phone. Called to get a price before I travelled far for the product and I was told that we will not be telling you the price, you need to come and have a look yourself. How is this good customer service? Such attitude on the phone. Will not be going to Root millers, rather pay a little more for better experience. Don’t advertise your number online if you don’t know how to properly talk to customers.

Extremely unhygenic and subpar customer service. Half of the employees cannot converse in basic english. Shop also looks run down from the inside needs rennovation.
