We wanted a disney design for an upcoming trip and the design was exactly what we wanted. The staff were so so friendly and hard working and made a fuss of my daughter who was getting her nails done for the first time. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much!

June 7, 2025 at 2:28 pmVisited here with a friend who was let down by a salon in our area, she waited over 90 minutes without even being acknowledged. As soon as we stepped into L1 nails we were greeted by a lovely girl on the reception who advised there was a 10 minute wait, my friend waited what must have been half of that & was sat being pampered and preened by one of the team. She was seen by Dragon who had belter chat, banter, efficiency & skill. Then Lilo got to work on the nail art which came out beautifully exactly what she wanted. The style & finish was on point. Dragon advised her on some changes to make to the initial inspiration to extend the longevity & look of the finished product in an informative way. Service from an observers POV was amazing, really warm welcoming environment. Would absolutely recommend to anybody wanting to spruce up their nails my friends left the store over the moon & ready for her holiday.

Had waited in another nail salon in my local area for nearly 2 hours to not even be seen decided to travel into town, I was greeted by the lovely lady on reception and then within five minutes I was handed over to Dragon to get all prepped for my design and after taking a closer look at my inspiration Photo he advised me on a slight change sceptical at first but definitely the right choice! After I prepped and ready, I was then handed over to Lilo and she absolutely ate up this design couldn’t have faulted her so polite and easy to talk to none of that awkward silence
