Definitely would recommend this place!
We ordered the calamari, sigari borek and lahmacun. They were all piping hot and delicious with great portion sizes. For mains, we shared the Turkish meatballs and this was spectacular with authentic flavours.Staff were very friendly and attentive too! Affordable and you should definitely give this place a try!
If I could give Irmak Restaurant 10 stars, I would—especially after trying their **Yoğurtlu Adana**! This dish is an absolute masterpiece and easily one of the best versions I’ve ever had. The Adana kebab itself was flawlessly seasoned, with a rich, smoky char that melted in my mouth. The minced meat was juicy and packed with bold spices, perfectly balanced by the creamy, cool layer of fresh yogurt on top. Every bite was a harmony of textures and flavors, from the tender meat to the pillowy lavash bread beneath it.
What sets Irmak’s Yoğurtlu Adana apart is the attention to detail—the quality of ingredients shines through, and you can tell it’s crafted with care. I’ve tried this dish at countless spots, but this one?
The warm service and inviting ambiance only added to the experience. Do yourself a favor and order the Yoğurtlu Adana—it’s a must-try! I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu, but this dish alone is worth the visit.
**Thank you, Irmak, for an incredible meal!**
A really nice menemen – a decent portion with nice presentation. Not sure the bread is made on site… it tasted quite nice and had the addition of sesame seeds on but was a bit crispy/hard which was the only drawback as I do prefer when the bread is made on site. Good service – I have been here before and when I ordered a salad, they gave the wrong one so sent out a correct dish. Decor is a bit quirky/off putting with a mish mash of styles. I find the breakfast prices a bit too expensive for my budget. Turkish tea was £2.40 if memory serves correctly… many places do this free with breakfast.
Excellent food ;
We paid £60 for a large breakfast with so many delicious breakfast additions, which is a really good price
Quality is excellent. This breakfast must be tried
My opinion is that if you don’t like sweet breakfast components alot, just ask the service to half the portions ( especially honey & jam )
Overall, it is one the best ( if not the best ) breakfast in uk.
Had dinner with my family here and we all had a wonderful time. Despite being very busy, service was quick and staff were incredibly friendly, they gave us a dish on the house too! The food was really good, we were so full by the end of the meal. And the interior is so pretty, it’s nice to see decoration celebration Turkish culture. Highly recommend this place!
