Charlotte Tilbury

I visited the Liverpool One store to ask for skincare and makeup advice. I’m not really a makeup wearer so I like to keep things simple. I was made to feel welcome by the whole team and felt comfortable to ask questions about the products. I was helped by a lady called Jen and she deserves a special mention. She went out of her way to assist me and despite me not having an appointment, she took time with me asking questions about my skin, skincare routine and makeup preferences. I felt at ease and would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting help and advice on makeup and skincare. I will definitely be booking in for a makeup appointment for the next time I have a big night out. Thanks Jen and the rest of the team!!

This was the first visit for my daughter at the Liverpool 1 store Charlotte Tilbury.
We were greeted by the most helpful staff. Charlie advised my daughter and was absolutely fantastic with her. We bought all the products we needed and will be back for the rest. I cannot thank you enough for the loveliest time.

I have recently discovered Charlotte Tilbury products and felt over the moon my city had a local store so I visited to ask about some new products, when I entered I was the only customer in the store and the 3 staff who where having a natter near the till just gawped at me like it was bizarre a human being had entered the store and waited for me to speak first.

Not a very welcoming atmosphere so unsure as to whether this type of behaviour is expected for sales staff on a basic wage, however the staff on the Charlotte Tilbury counter in John Lewis are a million times better and don’t act or speak like they’ve got a lemon wedge fermenting under their lips.
