December 28, 2022 at 8:55 amThis is not the cheapest supermarket around but it is open 24 hours which is a godsend when you’ve been out clubbing and you don’t want to queue at McDonald’s. Staff are friendly and helpful. They do stock some things that I haven’t seen anywhere else, like Baker Street long lasting bread, which has about 4 to 6 weeks shelf life and is actually really nice, but it’s a small place so their range isn’t huge. Fruit and Super Noodles are really expensive. They do keep their Slushy machines on all night, even in winter, although this is new this year and I don’t know if they will keep it up.

We’re are in the cost of living crisis and they are out Scamming People …
Me and my friend went in there to buy some sweets and stuff for a movie and we decided to get some f’real milkshakes . Whilst we was making our milkshakes the machine broke and the milkshakes didn’t unfreeze / blend and they still charged us for them even though they are undrinkable , hence why we threw them away because they was not milkshakes they were just fully frozen . Me and my friend went to pay after we’d finished the rest of our shopping and when we went to pay he said £18 even tho we knew we only spent £11 as we had calculated it . Me and my friend started taking stuff out the bag and he just watched and wouldn’t give us the £10 and was being really petty and still holding the £10 note which we was going to use to pay . Then he went “i’m charging u for the milkshakes” so me and my friend start saying how they was still frozen and he was gaslighting us and telling us they wasn’t still frozen . Then he charged us the full £7 even though we explained our story . Moral of the story don’t go to Budgens as the workers are damn right rufe and disrespectful and are to be honest proper scammers .

I have ever experienced all the varieties of products in a single store… ( Tango , orange machine , slush , Costa,American sweets,Indian products ) In the way the manager and others helps really great . They puts themselves into customers shoes to resolve all the problems..thank you….

November 8, 2024 at 9:36 pmRecently turned into a Morrison’s Daily and I was accused of picking two mains on the meal deal by both staff members present. One of them had to check and then I got to pay. Very rude service from the pair of them. I expect them to be reprimanded.
