Enjoyed a nice meal. The waiter was very chatty and always at hand if you needed anything. For starter I tried the Crab Aranchini which was tasty and for main course I went for the Calzone. A good choice nice flavours and plenty of filling.
It was quiet but not a problem for us.
The desert’s were really tasty and not too expensive. We used our taste card, definitely worth a visit.
Last Friday, my friends and I dined at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great, especially since we could watch the chefs cooking, which added to the overall experience.
After finishing our meal, a server cleared our table, and we continued chatting for about an hour to an hour and a half. Just as we were about to order some drinks, a staff member approached us and asked us to settle the bill and leave because they needed to combine our table with the one next to us to create a larger table. Although they apologized, the situation left a bad impression, especially since the restaurant was only about 70% full. We didn’t understand why our table had to be rearranged when there were still plenty of empty seats.
What made this experience even more frustrating was that we had made a reservation, and the restaurant never mentioned a time limit for dining. If they had, we would have been more mindful. Since we had originally planned to order more drinks, being asked to leave felt quite disappointing. In the end, we decided not to stay any longer and just paid the bill.
Overall, the food and ambiance were excellent, but the service could use some improvement. If the restaurant has a time limit for tables, they should communicate it clearly to avoid situations like this. Hopefully, this was just a problem with one particular staff member and not a reflection of the restaurant’s overall service policy.

Lovely restaurant, very clean and everything looks pretty new. Staff were all fantastic especially our waiter who was nothing but friendly and funny, we missed his name however he was an absolute joy and made some lovely cocktails! food was quick and tasty and portions were very generous. I will hopefully have a chance to return in the future! Great value for money, highly recommend.
Had an amazing experience at Zizzi’s!! Food was delicious and well-timed. Our server Nick was amazing, very attentive and friendly, made us feel so welcome like we’re at home. Will definitely come again!
