October 13, 2023 at 6:40 pmPros:
1. Well-Stocked: This supermarket is a haven for South Indian food lovers. It has a wide range of Kerala groceries neatly arranged on the shelves. I easily found all the products I usually buy.
2. Variety: The store offers a diverse selection of South Indian spices, snacks, lentils, and fresh produce. Whether youβre looking for masalas, rice, or snacks, they have it all.
3. Clean and Organized: The store is clean, and products are well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you need quickly.
Cons:
1. Limited Parking: The parking area can be a hassle. Itβs often tight, and finding a parking slot can be a challenge. Be prepared to wait during peak hours.
2. Lackluster Customer Service: Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff, especially those at the cashiers, were not particularly friendly or helpful. A more welcoming approach would greatly improve the overall shopping experience.

July 19, 2025 at 7:03 pmI am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at your store. Today I purchased products that turned out to be expired. When I returned to the store to raise my concerns, I was shocked by how the manager handled the situation.
The manager was rude, dismissive, and took no responsibility. He told us that they receive too many bulk deliveries and donβt have time to check them β which is completely unacceptable, especially when it involves food safety. Even more alarming, when I told him that my pregnant wife had consumed the expired product, he showed absolutely no concern or care. There was no apology, no acknowledgement of the risk, and instead, he told us that we should speak more nicely β despite his own clearly unprofessional and disrespectful tone.
When I said I would be reporting the issue to Leicester City Council, the manager casually told me to go ahead β only then offering a half-hearted apology. Itβs disgraceful that a manager in charge of customer service and food safety would show such little accountability or basic manners. I can only imagine how he treats his staff if this is how he speaks to customers.
Selling expired products is serious β especially when consumed by vulnerable individuals like pregnant women. This is not just bad service, it’s a public health concern. I sincerely hope upper management and relevant authorities take this issue seriously, because no customer should be treated this way.
