October 9, 2024 at 6:01 pmThe Queens Head on the corner of Denman Street is a Soho institution, great beer both from the cask and the keg. The staff are lovely and service swift and smooth. Busy on a Wednesday evening with loads of people having fun. Super place for a pint. ๐

May 15, 2025 at 11:31 pmOne of my favourite spots in central London! I stop by this pub every day after work, and it never disappoints. Whether Iโm having a cold Peroni or a Mahou, the atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxed. The staff here really make the place special Emily, Katie, Jackie, Nivole, Delan, Mustapha are all absolutely fantastic. Theyโre friendly, attentive, and always up for a good chat. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a local with great vibes, great beer, and even better people. For me itโs the best place to chill.

July 6, 2025 at 7:33 amA lovely little pub just off the very busy Shaftesbury Avenue. Came here for the Harvey’s Sussex Best bitter as recommended by the You Tube presenter Tweedy. What a great recommendation. A lovely welcoming pub and a beautifully kept pint. Will definitely be back.

July 15, 2025 at 4:58 pmThis is an historic pub dating back to the 18th century. It sits opposite the ever popular, and cheap, Devonshire pub but does not get as busy. They had four cask beers and around 15 whiskies, I chose a double Balvenie 12 year old at ยฃ12.80, not cheap but what I would expect from a pub less than 5 minutes from Piccadilly Circus. For the less mobile beware all toilets are accessed by stairs. The service was very good and there is a good mix of locals i.e. English, and tourist. If you are in the area check this out, it has no pretensions whatsoever.
