January 20, 2025 at 1:55 pmI recently celebrated my graduation at The Frame in Leicester, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the moment I started planning with Antonio and the team, they made the process so smooth and stress-free. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. They were incredibly thoughtful about everything, from the drink options to the flavors of the dishes, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.
On the night, the atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and my guests were so impressed by the customer service and the food. The portions were more than generous, and every dish was packed with flavor. The team created such a wonderful vibe, keeping everyone happy, laughing, and well looked after.
After a long journey leading up to the event, their kindness and genuine care meant so much to me. They made my graduation feel so special, and the night ended up being even better than I’d imagined.
I can’t thank Antonio and the team enough for everything. The Frame is a fantastic place to celebrate any special occasion, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone.

April 2, 2025 at 10:51 amBeautiful restaurant to eat at! The menu is a great size and has a bit of everything so plenty of choice! Things come out as they are ready which is great as it’s all fresh and hot. It’s all delicious as well which is the best bit. The Corn Ribs are incredible.
Service is exceptional from the moment you walk towards the door and someone opens with a smile.
Despite all this, it’s all very well priced which makes going back even more tempting! Four dishes and two drinks cost me around £55 which is amazing!

June 1, 2025 at 6:47 pmLovely atmosphere and vibes, service staff are so welcoming and were brilliant throughout the whole meal, cocktails are top tier the sea margarita definitely one of my favourites, starters are very uniquely curated and taste fantastic.
However, I would definitely only come here for the starters, the main courses don’t live up to the level that the starters hit. While okay, the mains could have some improvement needed

June 10, 2025 at 8:52 amFirstly positives – the vibe is really nice and aesthetically the restaurant is very pretty. The unique feature of being positioned like a bridge is lovely. Also the meat is all Halal apparently.
I ordered the risotto – it’s listed as mushroom, butternut squash and tomato. I was expecting a light and healthy dish so I was pretty disappointed when I tried the dish and it was full of cheese (it’s listed as a vegan dish so must be vegan cheese). I know risotto can come with cheese but it’s not an essential part of the dish, so why was it not written on the menu that it includes cheese? I packed it and took it home and my family all think that the cheese was off because that’s how pungent it smelt.
So I would not recommend the risotto. My friends got the Mac n cheese, prawns and chicken kebab. They said the food was nice but they wouldn’t come back here so make of that what you will.
Secondly, service, I really value good service especially at a fine dining style restaurant. When I first asked if there was any non-fizzy lemonade, the waiter laughed at me. This made me feel so put down so that when the risotto came, I didn’t have the confidence to complain about the dish.
And to top it all off, there were no proper takeaway boxes or bags to wrap things up in.
I was very disappointed especially because I was the one who suggested this place to my friends and the reviews looked so good. Maybe we just had a bad experience? Anyway it will take a lot for me to come back here or recommend it to others.

June 25, 2025 at 12:59 pmWhat can I say. This is definitely one of the top restaurants in Leicester, from all the aspects, starting with food, service, the atmosphere.
I am beyond satisfied with the service provided by the staff.
We had a booking for 5:15 PM, which is a bit of a quieter time, so if you are looking to go this restaurant at a quieter time I’d suggest early afternoon. I went for a birthday lunch with my friend, and we ordered the steak, and we asked for it to be medium, however when it came it was a bit harder than we wanted it to be. The staff very kindly had it changed for us for to something more of our liking. We were also offered drinks on the house, which we really appreciated.
Must try and would definitely recommend to everybody!
