May 18, 2025 at 9:13 pmSince Aaron and the team took over, the pub has an amazing atmosphere. It’s always packed, but even then the staff are on it and service is great. Really clean and just a great space to be. I defo love playing on the free dart boards and having a pint and sometimes some gorgeous food!

However every time I’ve gone in, Aaron and the team are always so lovely and polite. It’s probably the cleanest pub students visit, especially for the great prices. It’s quickly became one of the pubs I often visit.

August 15, 2025 at 4:20 pmI had a great evening on the 4th August 2025. The new general manager, chloe, was great. Had lovely little chats throughout the evening, great service, accommodating and a wonderful smile. Would definitely recommend, think we will return for our office parties!!!

August 15, 2025 at 4:27 pmHave been into this establishment a few times in recent weeks, I was previously put off because of previous owners and managers, but after a regular told me there was a new GM within the last 2 weeks I thought I would try again and I’m happy to announce not only is the football always on, or any sport for that matter, but the GM is knowledgeable, polite and professional, the customers always seem happy, and the wait for a drink is none existent, even on the 10/08 when the bar was 4 deep I only had to wait a few minutes….. would highly recommend, it’s a shame the kitchen isn’t open but can’t be perfect….
