February 15, 2024 at 9:33 pmI have been visiting this store for the past 2 years regularly and what i like the most is its not too busy as compared to other extras and most of the staffs are friendly as well. I say again most of the staffs but not all of them. Some are very rude and they don’t even care about the customers and not helpful and last time when i visited one guy at the till was teasing me.

August 13, 2025 at 8:32 pmStaff generally friendly especially the lady pharmacist with braids that does the flu jabs and the other lady with braids at the refunds desk.
Only issue is there are two lifts but just one available for use. The other has been out of use for many months if not years. Please sort this out as it’s a pain for your regular customers like me and appalling for a store your size.

August 16, 2025 at 11:45 pmToday, I and my friends went shopping at Tesco. After shopping, I was waiting for my friends outside. But my friends tried to leave through the wrong door by mistake after paying. But the security guard there stopped them and started abusing them even though they shown the receipt .At one point, I tried to record the video from outside. After seeing that, the security guard started abusing me and snatched my phone from my hand. Then he tried to hit me for no reason. Then the manager came there. He calmed the situation and said that he would take action against the security guard. That’s why I didn’t call the police. I thought he is a racist(security) .My request to the Tesco authorities is to take strict action against the security guard. The management should ensure the safety of the customers. Time: Sataurday 16 August between 12-1 pm.

August 24, 2025 at 6:10 pmWhen you check online is says that on sunday store is closing at 10 pm. Just came to closed store. Tesco schuld change the opening hours in google and don’t put customers in situation like that
