August 6, 2023 at 11:13 pmLady working today around 10/10:15PM couldn’t be bothered to address a clubcard price error and kept telling me “it’s run out” when really she just didn’t want to deal with it. If it’s being advertised, then it hasn’t run out has it? Had to approach a different employee who was more than happy to help me and rectify the situation by refunding me the difference that she wasnt bothered about

October 23, 2024 at 11:46 pmAbsolutely fuming that have to offer one star. Even that is far too generous. The store was absolutely filthy and I mean filthy. Dirty cigarette counter area, rubbish visible underneath the shelving throughout the store. Dust and debris clearly visible from the outside, heightened more so on entering the store.
This store is small and cramped, made even more claustrophobic by the lack of price taken in the store. A thorough deep clean would not go amiss nor would staff who take pride in their environment.

December 1, 2024 at 6:41 pmPoor customer service, I went there and they didn’t treat me well. The assistant rech to me and said you didn’t pay for it but actually, I did and she didn’t say me sorry. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. I didn’t recommend this tesco.

February 5, 2025 at 10:36 amI was with my sister and I am 24 yrs old same as her . She tried to buy cigarettes with her ID for herself . Why she didn’t sell her any cigarettes if I’m with her and I don’t have my id ? I’m not even smoking ???!
If she would have tried to buy cigarettes for an underage and I would have been underage why would she take me inside with her ????
FATEMA make some sense please . Don’t tell me you apply the law when it’s clear as the day me and my sister are twins .
