June 25, 2024 at 6:27 pmNot the best, I keep finding green ham/salami that the staff neglected to remove, the sandwiches are a lottery you never know if they are off, the poke bowls are rancid and some of the staff have strong BO you could smell from outside the shop.

June 30, 2024 at 6:02 pmThe small Asian tamil guy with small spikey hair is very rude! I saw him try to intimidate a customer today. The manager had to tell the worker off. How can the worker lose his anger at a customer??? Disgusting behaviour. Everyone felt uncomfortable.

Whenever I ordered from tesco south end (Croydon) from Ubereats, I won’t get my stuff almost everytime.Drivers are assigning 1 after the other but there is no movement of the package. When I call the drivers, they are clearly explaining what is going on. I select the items from app, but they don’t have the stock. If items is not there why it is showing in the app. When delivery drivers ask the tesco Manager(Srilankan-bald Man), irresponsibly replying like we have a security issues, we have a server issues like those kind of lies he is saying to the delivery drivers. Actually the incomplete delivery will get the impact on Ratings. That’s the main reason so even if one or two item is not available they are not ready to ship the order and making the drivers go round in round. Tesco Management and ubereats should get involved in this and sort it out permanently. Delivery drivers are coming to collect the package, but the tesco staff is telling to cancel the order. And again delivery driver will get assign and repeat the same thing will happen. Finally who will take the blame– it’s on delivery drivers. They are the scape goat. Attitude of the staff is very worst and the supervisor attitude especially. Worst experience…. This kind of worst work flow is happening only on this tesco. Not other branches.

May 31, 2025 at 7:43 pmHad a really bad experience at this Tesco. The security guard was super rude and had a really unprofessional attitude for no reason at all. It honestly made the whole visit uncomfortable. You donβt expect to be treated like that just for doing your shopping. Hopefully management looks into it, because that kind of behavior just isnβt okay.

July 6, 2025 at 5:28 pmAbsolutely ridiculous store. 1st time I’ve ordered by the app as I had guests staying. After an hour they’ve cancelled my order, so I went to the shop to pick my shopping up (i couldn’t so dont even bother). Asked for manager who is absolutely useless. He literally didn’t know what to do and walked away from me. Joke!!!! Tesco I’m sure you can do better, and it’s time for the manager to be changed and put someone who will do their job appropriately. And the current manager should be back on the floor, as he is not good for anything. You say to us to respect your employees but they don’t respect their customers or the stuff we are paying for. Never again!!!!
