May 5, 2025 at 8:16 pmI had a very disappointing experience. I placed my order and was told to leave the queue because a table was available. After I sat down, I was suddenly asked to pay an extra fee just for sitting at the table — after I had already paid for my order. The staff member was rushed and rude, speaking to me in a disrespectful way with zero professionalism. On top of that, the coffee tasted average — nothing special at all. Honestly, there are a thousand better cafés out there with better service, better attitude, and better coffee. I definitely won’t be coming back.

May 17, 2025 at 9:55 pmMy experience at the café was pleasant; the coffee was of good quality and the dessert was delicious. The staff are courteous and make it a point to inform customers that, in case of high demand, seating is limited to 45 minutes — a policy that reflects good organization. However, I found the prices to be somewhat high relative to what is offered.”

May 23, 2025 at 12:51 amAmazing creamy coffee, a must try. Such a cool concept and the interior is beautiful. I got the Spanish iced latte it was delicious. Prices are good too considering the hype it was on TikTok plus its location. Staff was helpful and attentive. Amazing aesthetic + perfect coffee. Will definitely be back.

June 29, 2025 at 11:28 pmService was amazing the drinks came on time and the best thing is that the people who were in the queue they let them in as soon as the barista finds a table, most cafes let the people they want inside but the rest they don’t care about them even if they have a reservation they don’t care, this is my go to cafe! Its my second time here and everything is amazing definitely going there again!

July 7, 2025 at 12:06 pmFor some it may be worth paying the extortionately high prices for a fancy Mayfair experience and buying into the stories of the rare coffees they have on offer. If this is something you’re looking for, this place is probably for you. However for me, I don’t feel it lived up to the price tag or blew my mind with the coffees I tried. There’s some amazing independent specialty coffee and roasters across London, that could give you a better tasting and overall experience at a fraction of the price. If you’re more interested in having the experience of trying a £265 cup of coffee or tasting a coffee in short supply, then this would be your place.
