March 30, 2025 at 5:51 pmI had an amazing experience at Saddle Coffee Shop, and a big part of that was thanks to Youssef, the cashier. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and positive energy that instantly made my morning better.
Youssef is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Even during busy hours, he handles orders smoothly, never losing his cool or his welcoming attitude. He took the time to recommend a drink based on what I liked, and it ended up being one of the best coffees I’ve had!
It’s rare to find someone who brings such a great vibe to a place, but Youssef truly makes Saddle feel special. If you’re stopping by, you’ll not only get great coffee but also top-tier service. Highly recommend!

the matcha was okay overall I felt it would’ve tasted better if it was a bit sweeter
The place was very crowded and I had to wait around 10 to 20 minutes to get my order Nice vibe, but not worth it if you’re in a rush or looking for a quick grab 👍🏻

July 5, 2025 at 5:40 pmFood and service are both good. Vibe is quite average. Seems full of the same people again and again. I’ve tried the kunafa crepe and it didn’t disappoint. The berry drink is also tasty. It’s well above the London average when it comes to prices.
