Boneless chicken and Cajun fries were great. Super impressed by quality. Everything was piping hot and waiting time wasn’t all that long. After ordering took 5-7 minutes to receive food and that’s excellent.
The food and the service were really nice. The place is very clean and tidy., we were served by Asha from the southbury, Enfield popeyes branch. She was really lovely and kind, she helped us order and gave a very fast delivery.
Great store, aisha was lovely and super helpful. Food was delicious and came fast.
They made the wrong food and tried to force me to take it! So, I’ve orders here multiple times and the customer service has been good, with a smile and no issue with orders (some orders very large).
Even when I arrived, my order on screen said ready to collect – when I asked for my order “ready in 5mins”. No problem.
Maybe it was too early for the waitress that severed me, she clearly didn’t want to be there.
I specifically ordered burgers/ muffins without ketchup/ cheese. It’s an item on the damn menu!
Can you believe she said to me,
“It’s not ketchup, it’s Cajun ketchup” LMAO
Then says “I have to ask my manager” 🤦🏽♂️
But you made the wrong food!
Manager now intervenes – trying to talk over me. Saying the sticker printed from your order etc, I know what it says. But that’s not what I ordered.
Mentioned previously ordered and they’ve had tech issues on the system and it’s fine – it happens. I started to get annoyed when Manager said they cannot make it again until I told him I had allergies to ketchup/ cheese and that I cannot eat it. I must have said this about 5 times. Then he said it was take a bit of time to make the food as breakfast service is now finished.
I am happy to wait. Got the correct food at end. I was late for my meeting, muffins were hot but has browns were cold (they didn’t give me fresh ones). Great start to a Monday morning aye!
Cannot believe they tried to make me take this food, that I AM ALLERGIC TO. It’s a shame, I like the food, but service… I won’t be coming to Popeyes again. It’s worrying that it took this long to sort, especially when there are allergies involved. SMH
Originally they gave us a plain burger without salad but we did order salad and once I told them about it they were very friendly and quick to help 10/10
