Brought to you by Chef Owner Sam Elliott, Pasture is a celebration of fire-based cooking centered
around provenance, sustainability and innovation. Over the last 6 years, Pasture has grown from a
single Steak House in Bristol, to an expanding group of dynamic venues across three cities. Pasture is
about fine dining for everyone, providing slick and engaging service, top-quality food and investing in
our knowledgeable and passionate team.
Chef Owner Sam Elliott opened Pasture Bristol in 2018, with a vision to create memorable dining
experiences, which put great emphasis on supporting local suppliers, ethical and sustainable working
practices.
6 years on, Pasture has grown into a dynamic and forward thinking group of unique venues across
three cities. These include Pasture Restaurant & Radius in Bristol, and Pasture & Parallel Restaurants in
Cardiff as well as our speakeasy bar Nightshade. In 2024, we opened our newest site, Pasture
Birmingham.
