You played a major role in ensuring her Senior Prom experience was magical. Robert and Tim paid great attention to detail and were very quick to respond and Keith, driver for the evening, was personable, professional and according to Tatiyana comical. 🙂 Shades Valley HS Prom 2021! Will definitely recommend and utilize them in the future.

July 23, 2024 at 4:31 pmExtraordinarily reliable and five-star service. We’ve used their service before, but over the last couple of days, when we got stuck in the IT fiasco that canceled thousands of flights, they really showed how great they are.
We got stranded in Dallas when our connecting flight to Birmingham got canceled. I alerted them we wouldn’t be coming in as scheduled, they said no problem. We left Dallas the next night but our connection window got extremely shortened. I told OTM that we might or might not make the flight home, they said no problem. We did make the flight, arriving at 11:45 at night. No problem. They were there.
Extra thanks to Dan, who was there on time waiting for us in the airport. He was very communicative, telling us how to find him, and he was a delight to talk with, despite the late hour and our fatigue.
This is A-plus service every time. Thank you OTM Sedan for being the one service we could rely on through a miserable trip!
