I had a very disappointing experience with Orchid Blush. The customer service was absolutely awful — there’s no phone number to call (goes straight to voicemail), and communication overall was non-existent and unprofessional. My appointment was not only late but also felt incredibly rushed, which made me run behind schedule on a very important day.

On top of all that, the service was extremely expensive, and I feel I could have gone elsewhere for a much better job at a lower price. There was also a noticeable lack of hygiene, which is completely unacceptable, especially in this line of work.

Overall, I’m extremely unhappy and would not recommend Orchid Blush to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere for a more professional and reliable service.

Ruth is an absolute gem of a makeup artist. She instantly makes you feel relaxed and truly listens to what you want. As a mixed-heritage Black woman, it’s so important to have a makeup artist who understands my skin tone and hair, and Ruth got it absolutely perfect. The results were incredible — I felt empowered and confident, and so did the rest of the dancers in my show. Thank you, Ruth, for making us feel and look amazing!
