June 26, 2025 at 12:32 pmThis has to be the best place to get a fresh salad,
Wow, even meat is good.
The lady at checkout is very lovely.
I think she used to work at the Sutton store,
We have travelled a long way since that store closed, we live in Wimbledon but we don’t like that store, so travel it is.
They are doing an amazing job. We will return.

July 20, 2025 at 11:58 amExcellent car parking accessibility friendly for everyone good selection of produce another store which operates a loyalty card two tier pricing seems everywhere we go these days is the same I personally find that exasperating. The staff are always very polite and helpful we got what we needed our cats like their cat biscuits so I stock up for a month at a time. There are also huge industrial washing machines and dryers in their car park for those who need to use them you could do your washing whilst doing a quick shop here – keep an eye on the timings so as not to cause a problem for other customers wishing to use the laundry facilities. There is an outdoor gardening plants area too in the car park by the entrance worth a look around.

August 10, 2025 at 10:19 pmAn efficient and productive supermarket that maximises the parking area to do car wash, second hand car sales, surplus clothes recycling and launderette. My favourite are the bread kitchen, oven fresh pasties, the fish monger and the garden centre. Particularly in winter, a coffee at the cafe is a morale booster. Staff doing click and collect are like busy bees. They are friendly and helpful. Other staff are equally customer-focussed.

August 18, 2025 at 7:22 pmGenerally great. The variety of less common meats has declined. Now there’s never tripe or bone marrow. Fruits and vegetables crates are often half empty. Manned till staff are becoming quite moody and long faced. It may be a sign of lack of motivation, low morale and/or bad management. In any case, I think that manned tills staff should show why their jobs are still relevant and useful. I much rather use a till but if see the same person who served me today as the only option I’d avoid them and go straight to the self service tills. As much as I dislike them I’d rather interact with a robot than with a dismissive, dry, not good attitude for serving the public person.
