Scammers!! Beware the staff, said I was talking too much because they tried to overcharge me on a carton of orange juice. Priced at £1.25 charged at £1.45
Popped in to collect a too good to go bag. I don’t usually go in here otherwise. I would of grabbed a loaf of bread, but there wasn’t a lot out, and what there was was too expensive.
Ordered from the app Too Good To Go to collect before midnight on 23/08/24. Upon explaining to the member of staff my reason for being there, to collect 2x TGTG Magic Bags, he said it wasn’t on his Deliveroo app. Told me to come back in the morning and speak with the manager. The member of staff had absolutely no clue what I was going on about.
So, for those ordering from the Too Good To Go app who are hoping to get magic bags… FORGET IT! Wasted my time, effort and money.
AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS IF YOU USE THE TOO GOOD TO GO APP, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! 🤬
I’m extremely disappointed at the service I received at this Morrisons sorry trigger warning and too much information. Unfortunately my period decided to show up in the night at midnight ident proceeded to order some pads toilet rolls and snacks as I was out on delivery. I gave the option of cancel if it’s unavailable Substitute or cancel the whole order I saw that toilet roll was unavailable. This man proceeded to cancel and send a refund I stated that I’ll be open to a alternative whether that was toilet roll wipes kitchen roll as I was desperate. I called up the delivery driver who was very helpful and understood my situation he went back as he was on the way to me and said to this employee that I’m desperate and needed the toilet roll he can take take out the snacks and bin bags if needed as that is not important because I knew you refunded me. and just substitute it for toilet rolls he then proceeded to say to me that he doesn’t want to talk to me. The driver try hand him the phone he refuse to talk to me. I explained to him that I’m currently bleeding. I have nobody at my house. I live alone and I have to this was unexpected it midnight and there’s no other shops open. It was the last of my money ordering on delivery, but I was desperate. He then proceeded to say on the phone to me that there was no toilet roll. I repeat he said there was no toilet roll I said that’s fine. Could you give me wipes? He said he has to deal with other customers so after that encounter the delivery driver said unfortunately the guy is not listening and seven of a customers the driver said he can see there’s alternatives but he just doesn’t wanna fix the order. I got extremely frustrated at the service as a woman we go through natural causes that we didn’t ask for us to bleed every single month and explaining this I felt embarrassed. I asked if I could talk to a woman there was no woman there, so I had to do this all by myself. I then made my way to Morrisons waited for the midnight bus alone as a woman I went there and I confronted him. I stated his actions were disgusting as a man that has may have a wife or a mother or a daughter that goes through similar things as we all do as women he couldn’t even Get me a alternative he proceeded to say oh sorry sorry because he didn’t think I would go there but this is why you don’t piss off a woman on her period he proceeded to hand me toilet rolls that was there the whole fricking time that could’ve been sorted out nicely with my order but he refused I let him know that I will be taking a picture of him and his name is Hassan or something starts with a H at this point? I’m fuming so I don’t care but this is a disgrace within 2024 and men do not know that periods are important and as woman when we don’t have toiletries it’s very difficult for us.
