August 24, 2023 at 9:44 amThis is a wonderful, well organised supermarket with very good pricing. Very good selection of other regional items are available, specially Indian subcontinent.
Customer service is less than average, and staff are very moody, non smiling, except a few. This is the main reason this store getting three stars. They must train the staff to be more friendly and welcoming.
The toilet facility is very clean. The whole store is clean and tidy, and could be given five star on cleaning and tidiness.

Rather than having signs written down of what doesn’t work they’ve put a double-sided sticky tape stuck all over everything it looks awful and is totally unclear as to what works a sign would have been much better. But most things in there have been broken like that for long periods of time and it really smells vile. The customer services desk has been really dirty for years. I’ve made personalised complaints to the managers on several occasions and three years later and it still not even satisfactory or hygienic in a place where they’re putting food whether it’s in packaging or not.

July 23, 2025 at 8:08 pmI used to be a regular customer but today I’m not sure want to set foot there again – dead rat in the car park, smelly around the meat chillers (and not in a fresh meat way), and the cleaning robot doesn’t touch the grime or pick up the waste accumulating around the edges of the fixtures. Also do we need so many aisles of sweets, fizzy drinks, and crisps? I want the old Morrisons back!

August 3, 2025 at 12:20 amUsually a good place to shop but there is a dreadful smell in the first few aisles. Don’t really feel comfortable buying fresh produce here until this is resolved (I will remove this review once the problem is sorted).

However, over the years the variety of fruits and vegetables have decreased.
Not many good options for sourdough or yeast freebreads as compared to Tesco who have their own brand for sourdough breads.
