Fortunately, in this case, it’s different. It is an absolute monster when we speak about floor space or range of available products that are not available in other branches.
Freshly baked bread and helpful staff will assist, of course, if you find someone inside of this space.
Self-service tills are only card operating, so bare this in mind when standing in queue for 10 min 😄😅

November 2, 2023 at 10:16 pmLoads of varieties to choose from, but the customer service is appalling. Black security lady is a complete jobsworth.
Most of the tongs at the self-service bakery section are defective, so you’re forced to use your hands for selections.
The tap in the toilet at this branch doesn’t work, and it’s been like that for a while.
Toilet is unsanitary, and seat flap doesn’t hold in position.
I explained this to an Asian work, possibly a managerial position, and he already knew about the problem.
I felt his response was quite passive and dismissive.
One disaster after another.

February 21, 2025 at 10:55 pmI was attended to by a very rude staff called Cladiu. I asked him to change £2 coin to £1 each so that I can purchase something for my children from charitypodz vending machine.
This guy refuses to change the £2 coin despite the fact that I spent to be exact £112.14 in the shop. He just lost it and snapped at me.
I requested to talk to the manager but he is even worse when he turned up. He insist they will not change the money, I remind him we are paying £112.14 for our item and I just need the coins to buy thing from the vending machine. He replied, “whatever ”
This is my worst experience in any Lidl store as a loyal customer.
This is totally unacceptable.

April 13, 2025 at 1:44 pmThis is the most clean Lidl in London, I have noticed that the shopping baskets are cleaned regularly and the customers toilet is amazing as well as there is not bad smell like the rest of the Lidls have got once you enter to the store. This store is well done looked after and well organised. I love shopping in this Lidl.
