June 20, 2025 at 10:58 pmToday I was stuck in traffic on Manchester on my way to my appointment, so I called and let them know I’d be a couple minutes. They said it would be no problem. However, a few minutes later when I arrived, the receptionist stated that they could not fit me in for my appointment, saying they were “booked up.” This is not the first negative experience I’ve had with this business. I will never return and would never recommend it to anyone. Their practices and inability to communicate are unfair to customers, and I cannot recommend against this place enough. It’s a joke.
