October 10, 2024 at 12:11 pmWe visited this Monday lunchtime and really enjoyed it. We had a lovely roast dinner with beef, gammon, and turkey to choose from. The various veg and potato sides were cooked well, and they had a variety of condiments for all tastes. The staff were polite and attentive, and the service was quick. Various seating areas like booths and tables plus a nice outside area for sunny days. Loads of space and seating options for wheel chairs and push chairs. Highly recommended

March 1, 2025 at 6:37 pmFor what you pay, the food was pretty good. Definitely got your money’s worth when it came to dessert! We tried the bean burger for our main which was a little on the try side but tasted pretty good!

June 20, 2025 at 8:52 pmLovely carvery food & drinks, great service by Gordon who really served our disabled table members and the evening was finished of with pudding. Photo as it made me laugh, a parking spot for Guide Dogs only – I didn’t know guide dogs could drive as well!

Staff, friendly as always.
This sounded really nice, the Yorkshire wraps.
Side salad, not the nicest. The salad dressing was already on it and by the taste I’m guessing vinaigrette style as the vinegar taste was pretty strong.
The mustard dip was very strong, I’m guessing English mustard was used as it wasn’t mild like American mustard.
Did it really need a mustard dip & gravy though?
I chose the gammon wrap, well filled and came out hot.
A little underwhelming to be honest.
Ordered a side of garlic bread, that was beautiful, soft fluffy bread & good garlic taste.

August 14, 2025 at 8:46 pmGreat food at a great price. The staff are very kind and helping and it’s just an overall amazing restaurant. Would definitely recommend. I also suggest you get the chocolate fudge dessert. It’s huge!
