March 20, 2025 at 10:08 pmStopped by this coffee shop for a quick caffeine fix. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant experience. The coffee itself was great, but I wish they offered a larger cup size or at least the option for one. Overall, a nice spot, but if you like a bigger cup of coffee, you might be left wanting more.

March 27, 2025 at 9:08 amI was drawn in by the lovely smell of coffee when I walked past. I just about found a table for two of us as it was quite a busy time.
Service was generally good. I had a flat white which is usually my standard coffee shop order, and it was decent. Lots of lovely looking cakes and pastries but I wasn’t hungry so didn’t try them.

April 8, 2025 at 7:24 amGreat coffee and incredible cakes.
Hands down the best espresso I had in Birmingham.
The team was also very kind and patient with our little ones which we really appreciated.

April 15, 2025 at 3:07 pmJust as good one year on! First visited April 2024 and loved the coffee and cakes. Back in Birmingham this April and called in on a Monday afternoon. Friendly staff. I went for the faculty fog which was delightful. My partner got a long black (americano), choice of two beans which the barista was very knowledgeable about. Chocolate fudge cake and basque cheesecake – both delicious. Nice atmosphere. A range of different coffees available to buy to take home. A lady came in whilst we were in there and asked for a matcha and was quite disappointed when the answer was no. As much as I love a matcha, definitely give faculty a go. They had homemade chai on too!

July 15, 2025 at 12:11 pmI travel from Nottingham to Birmingham every week for work, and I always make sure to stop by my favourite coffee shop. Hands down the best coffee in Birmingham consistently excellent, with new beans to try from around the world. Great value for money and some seriously tasty sweet treats too. Josh is always keen to explain how each coffee is best served, which makes the experience even better. An absolute must try! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
