February 26, 2025 at 10:22 amHad to give 1 star to be able to post but would give none if able. Pre-booked a taxi for 8.15am to get me to an important appointment in Birmingham. No taxi arrived and as l was phoning to find out what was happening l received a text/email to say it had been cancelled. When l got through on the phone l was told, l assume by the driver, as there was a crying child in the background, that it had been cancelled due to the school run. Would not use this service again or recommend.

March 9, 2025 at 9:04 pmI downloaded the app and 45 minutes before pick up. I ordered a taxi which I was told would be on time I had to get to Birmingham university to give a lecture. I waited outside my hotel. Nothing showed up. I got through to the taxi company and then they tried to tell me I should’ve phoned them to confirm even though it was obviously confirmed in the app and paid already on my card. Said they didn’t have a taxi in the area even though they accepted the fair and I was told it was two minutes away which was an utter lie!Luckily, Bolt were able to send me a taxi within two minutes and they were I will En route taxes ever again, Bolt are my number one go to now!

June 14, 2025 at 7:24 amDisgraceful. It’s hard for me to express how disappointed I am with this company. I booked a taxi days in advance, to take my son and I to an important event. 4 minutes before the taxi was due, they sent me a message telling me that they have cancelled the taxi. I always try to use local businesses instead of mega corporations like Uber. It’s a shame that this local business has made me question that decision.

Then did not arrive.Was told they cancelled as they were checking I needed the taxi, as I did not respond to the call they cancelled.Disgusting service, then asked for an extra 9 pounds.Then they asked via text for a 5 star review for the 23%discount. What liars, so I cancelled and used uber.Here in 5 mins, cheaper and no need for this hassle with payment links.So disgusting!
