Had a best dinner so far with my family. We had an absolutely outstanding meal here tonight, so friendly and welcoming staff, highly recommend to all, it wasn’t a cheap meal but you get quality, cooked to perfection, worth every penny!.
Our recent dining experience at Casa Alba truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly greeted and ushered to our table by the friendly staff, setting the tone for a wonderful evening.
The appetizers were a true revelation of Italian flavors. The cheese garlic bread was crispy yet fluffy, had a perfect blend of cheeses. The mixed seafood starter was a tantalizing medley of fresh, succulent seafood. From the perfectly seared shrimp to the tender calamari, every element on the plate was seasoned to perfection, showcasing the chef’s culinary expertise.
As for the main courses, both the pasta and risotto dishes showcased the restaurant’s dedication to authentic Italian cooking. The pasta was cooked to perfection, with a satisfying al dente texture, and the sauce was rich flavored. The risotto was creamy and flavorful delight, brimming with fresh vegetables and perfectly cooked rice.
The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and ever-ready to cater to our needs, making us feel like esteemed guests throughout the evening. Their recommendations, especially when it came to wine pairings, were spot on and further enhanced our dining experience.
Can only highly recommend and we will def be coming back! Keep up the good workπ€©
Visited for the first time this evening and not disappointed. Food, from an albeit smallish menu, was exquisite. Sea bass cooked to perfection. The staff were attentive but not overly so and decor simple but elegant. We will be back!
A new restaurant to try with family, which is on the main Otley Road just outside Headingley.
The interior is bright and welcoming and this is enhanced by efficient friendly staff.
The food was good and I thoroughly enjoyed my pizza.
The antipasti starter lacked a variety of offerings, but that was a small thing.
The atmosphere was pleasant and you could hear everyone and we were a party of 8.
A very good first visit.
It’s nice to see independent restaurants that still go above and beyond with customer service food quality and overall experience the food here was traditional and well made freshly prepared by the chefs in the kitchen I can highly recommend the tomato base garlic bread table complementary and was absolutely stunning the fresh stretched dough the sweet garlic flavour the Krispy krust just perfect for setting our appetites.
Two perfectly prepared steaks a half portion of spaghetti bolognese for my young son who didn’t question wolfing the entire thing down no complaints or arguments..
There was also the offer of some gluten-free options along with a great range of fresh seafood and Pizzas.
The menu was just big enough for a good selection but not too big that it wouldn’t all be freshly prepared.
The desserts were homemade also and very good quality if I lived in Leeds I would definitely be a regular hair a great wine list for the drinkers non-alcoholic beer choice and the espresso being through Italian roast and darker than I would usually have it was still surprisingly smooth sweet and well balanced as I suppose you would expect the inventors of espresso to do properly top marks all round
