Bu & Co Turkish Barbers Liverpool

Took my 4 year old here, not only did he charge me £16 when a kids cut is £11 but when I queried it he said it was scissor cut, I’m sure that’s what is used to cut hair, scissors! The haircut was poor and I had to take him back to tidy it up 20 minutes later.
Not a good experience unfortunately

On the 8th visit to this barber shop, I received the worst haircut experience from this barber that I have never came across before, it has always been lovely and smooth from all the other barbers, I wish I knew his name so I can put it on here for everyone to avoid, but I knew he wasn’t the lovely boss man or the guy that I usually come across. What happened was when I asked for normal side cut and blend into the top side of the hair, he over did it and went way too high, which happens because sometimes you gotta specify, wasn’t annoyed or anything but was just trying to mention it so it won’t happen next time because I come in frequently, immediately he seemed triggered by it and said it’s too late anyway and straight up said “I don’t know what you want you have to tell me”, for which I did say “not too high” when he was cutting it, he replied back” I am just thining it”. All of this was fine and I did say I was not trying to make a complaint, but it was later when I came home and looked closely in the mirror to see how much of a disappointment haircut he has done, the sideburn was so slanted and different from each side, the side was not cut evenly with part that are visibly longer than other part, it’s just unprofessional work and you can tell the guy does not want to be there, I understand the weather was hot and I try to strike up conversations to make it easier, it was clearly not worth the cost, I avoided the other place and came to this place because for the past year I have been here was all professional, the other barbers never rushed and were all very smooth even when it was really busy. Overall just disgusted by his laziness, no matter how much I liked about the other part of the place, this has ruined my experience here.

Ps: this is what I got for paying £11 and 6 minutes of my life ( I asked for a number 2 on the side, blend into the top ) I fixed the sideburn myself and I gotta say my mum cuts better than this.

Really professional and welcoming staff. My hair stylists Adam and Alan are the best.
I have been visiting this salon since many months now and have had the desired haircut I always ask for. Definitely best services provided here. Highly recommended.
