our time using Foodomarket has been very good, we’ve be been particularly impressed with how quickly they manage to find better prices on products that we use. The variety in suppliers is extensive and you could quite easily use foodomarket to order everything you may need, would highly recommend to anyone.

I am writing as a regular and loyal customer to share a concern regarding the behaviour of one of your staff members. There is a female staff member, a short, slim Tamil lady..whose attitude towards customers has been consistently rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced or observed such behaviour from her.

While I understand she may have been with your team for some time, I feel it is important to point out that even one staff member with poor customer service skills can negatively impact your business and reputation. In contrast, I want to commend the rest of your team, most of your staff are friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with, which is why I continue to shop at Best Foods.

However, I would strongly advise that this particular employee receive proper customer service training to ensure she interacts with customers respectfully and professionally. If not addressed, such behaviour may discourage loyal customers like myself and others from returning.

Selling expired products. I didn’t go to the store with the intention of writing a bad review — I simply wanted to return an expired product. But instead of acknowledging the issue and processing the refund, I was met with arrogance and denial.

The female staff member had the audacity and arrogance to accuse me saying the product would have expired in March 2026, even though the expiration date clearly proved otherwise. I had to show them the proof myself.

Then another employee stepped in and asked for a bill, knowing full well that this store never provides receipts to customers — likely to avoid tax regulations.

Their attitude was not only unprofessional but also dismissive of a genuine concern about expired items being sold. It’s concerning that a store can operate like this while putting customers at risk.

If you choose to shop here, double-check expiration dates and don’t expect responsible customer service if something goes wrong.
