We had an appointment booked well in advance for midday and even took a cab to ensure we arrived on time. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the premises were undergoing refurbishment and were asked to return later. We used the time to run a small errand and stroll around the city centre, only to find out later—after trying to call back—that the appointment was further postponed.
