Aksular in Enfield Town is a fantastic spot for delicious Turkish cuisine. The food is always fresh and flavorful, with generous portions that offer great value for money. I have always enjoyed the food at this restaurant but the service has become quite bad especially over my last two visits.on one occasion the waiter walked past my table very quickly with a large tray and smashed it into the back of my head so hard i was actually expecting it to be bleeding. All i got was a sorry and he walked off, at least offer me a drink on the house! I didn’t want to make a scene in a busy restaurant but was in pain and embarrassed. Although i understand this was an accident at least do your best to rectify it. The second time we went to have the lunch special and were told we can only take this away and not sit in…the restaurant was not full and we are paying for food so we should never be turned away from sitting in!
