I have my own limited company and was completely lost and confused. I joined this firm and the accountants (shout out to Swetha Ganesh and Swetha Ramesh) always responded quickly and patiently. I realised after a few months I needed more assistance than the monthly membership and emails so I paid for additional consulting calls with them and it was exactly what I needed. No question was stupid and they took their time to review my situation and explain things over and over again until I understood. They ended up correcting what my previous accountant did and finally I am back on track. Very kind and understanding and knowledgeable and finally feel like I am on the right path moving forward. Four stars because the onboarding was a bit confusing with lots of contacts and instructions but not a lot of explanation and for me already a confused business owner I would have appreciated a softer onboarding.
