Our Story
The narrative of Los Gatos began with founders Phil and Shareen, whose extensive travels across Spain imbued them with a profound appreciation for the nation's vibrant culinary and cultural identity. Motivated by a desire to encapsulate the essence of Spanish dining, they established Los Gatos on Wood Street. Drawing inspiration from the bustling mercados of Madrid to the sun-drenched terraces of Andalucía, their vision resonated with diners seeking authenticity and conviviality. Following the transfer of ownership in 2020, the establishment underwent a transformative refurbishment in 2022. This £1 million investment expanded the venue to accommodate 120 covers, seamlessly merging contemporary aesthetics with enduring Spanish charm.
