UEL have 3 campus but Docklands campus is the highlight, other two are USS and Startford. UEL has everything that UK university should have, campus is nice have good programs and academic programs. Fee is around 16-18k £ and university accreditation is 730£ – 830£ per month. The only issue is university doesn’t provide any placement or job directly you need to step out into the market and find out one for yourself.
I am currently studying at Univ of East London Msc in civil engineering. I like course structure the most. univ is located nearby thames river offers diff vibes to student.
The school here feels safe and the accommodations has great space for me also the kitchen is a great place to play cards or chat with other people.I can meet foreign students the company was awesome (language in action), and the teachers were nice, the view was stunning and the school transportation system was so convenient that we don’t need to even walk a lot to get to all places. It’s worth the money.
My experience with the University of East London was deeply disappointing, shaped by systemic racism and xenophobia from the very beginning.
As a home student who has lived in the UK for six years, I was denied access to a student loan due to bureaucratic restrictions. Despite applying for every scholarship, asking about payment plans, and seeking guidance, I received no meaningful support.
The lack of empathy and willingness to help made me feel excluded and disregarded, forcing me to give up, at least for now, on my dream of studying Film. It is devastating that an institution that promotes diversity and inclusion failed to uphold those values when it mattered most
