June 3, 2025 at 3:48 amI have been going to Miracle Nails, since they opened and my last time was Sunday! I had a pedicure and could have done a better job myself. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the entire pedicure. My toe nails were not filed done or smoothed out, the massage to my legs was quick and not enough nail polish coats were applied so it is already wearing off. Then the back massage was 15 seconds and the girl clearly didn’t want to do it, since it felt like she just padded my back. Not sure if ownership has changed or you really don’t care about customer service or quality of your work but it showed.

If the technician is hard to understand there are several dual language speakers to help communicate.

July 26, 2025 at 7:34 pmAbsolutely in love with my nails. I’ve struggled finding a place I actually like the outcome of. I am definitely going back. Very welcoming when I walked in and clean. Didn’t smell like acrylics when I walked in (I don’t mind seems that’s a service there I expect nail salons to smell like that)

I had a French tip annd wanted a thick line and he couldn’t even do that and then also he painted them lopsided and they ended up charging me $83 for a pedicure. It’s just insane. I could’ve done a better job. I Will not be coming back here.
