June 15, 2025 at 10:15 amI’ve been coming to this restaurant for quite a few years. I didn’t know they were under new management. We sat down as usual and ordered our go to. Grilled chicken wings and chips. We received a few complimentary starters which were so tasty. (Hummus, cacik, ezme and salad along with seasoned bread) the staff were so friendly. They offered us tea in between our drinks (ara sicak) and gave us a complimentary plate of turkish cheese and honey dew melon to snack on with our drinks. We felt at home. Kemal made us feel so comfortable. What a great little change. Thank you!

however the waitress wasn’t very polite it’s like she didn’t want to serve to us a place like this should have top service unfortunately apart from the food it was shame!!

August 19, 2025 at 12:13 amA group of 10 of us including 2 babies in prams and 4 children were looking for a nice Turkish place to get some food before heading back home.
We called up a few Turkish places but Cengo was the most accomodating for the number of people we had and priced fairly.
When we got there they rearranged their tables so we could sit together and had a great meal. The service was great!!

From start to finish, the service was friendly and attentive, making sure we all felt well looked after. The food was incredible – fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the portions were generous too.
It’s not easy to impress a big group, but they truly delivered. We all left very happy and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!
